1. Eligibility and account
You must be at least 13 years old and legally permitted to use SENDIT. You are responsible for the accuracy of your information, the security of your password, and activity on your account. A public username must not impersonate another person or organization.
2. Community Guidelines
You may not post or transmit:
- harassment, threats, hate, or encouragement of self-harm;
- sexual content, content that exploits minors, graphic violence, or illegal content;
- another person’s personal information without permission;
- misleading, spam, fraudulent, or intellectual-property-infringing content;
- challenges or instructions that needlessly put someone in danger.
3. Moderation
Users can report a post or comment and block a rider. SENDIT may remove content, limit its visibility, or suspend or delete an account that violates these rules or threatens the safety of the service. Decisions may consider context, severity, and repeated violations.
4. Your content
You retain your rights to your content. When you make it visible in the Community, you grant SENDIT a non-exclusive, worldwide, limited license to host, reproduce, and display it to operate and moderate the service. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to post it.
5. Sports and safety
SENDIT is a planning and tracking tool, not a medical service or safety coach. Action sports involve serious risks. Assess your abilities, wear appropriate equipment, respect each location, and seek professional coaching when needed. Stop the activity and consult a healthcare professional if you experience pain or uncertainty.
6. Availability and liability
The service may change, be interrupted, or contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, SENDIT is not responsible for injuries, indirect losses, or content posted by users. Links to Instagram, Strava, or other services are governed by their own terms.
7. Account termination and changes
You can delete your account in the app. We may suspend an account for a serious violation. These terms may be updated; material changes will be communicated reasonably before they take effect when required.
