Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 18, 2026. This policy explains what data SENDIT processes and why.

1. Data we process

  • Account: email address, public username, display name, and technical account identifier.
  • Profile: bio, photo, disciplines, and any Instagram or Strava links you choose to add.
  • Progression: training, goals, tricks, repetitions, calendar, notes, and statistics.
  • Health and fitness information you record: weight, nutrition, water, and training activities.
  • Community: photos, videos, captions, comments, likes, follows, reports, and blocks.
  • Preferences: profile visibility and local notifications.

2. How we use this data

We use this data to create and secure your account, save your progression, provide the features you request, publish only what you make public, operate the Community, and process reports. SENDIT does not sell your data or use it for cross-app advertising tracking.

3. Hosting and service providers

Supabase provides authentication, database, and media storage services. Apple may process information required to distribute the app and deliver system notifications. Instagram and Strava links are optional: SENDIT never receives your passwords for those services.

4. Visibility and your choices

You can disable your public profile. You also choose which statistics and videos remain private or are visible in the Community. Avoid posting sensitive personal information in a bio, note, video, or comment.

5. Retention and deletion

Data is retained while your account exists or while it is needed to operate the service. You can delete your account in Settings → Account & security. Deletion covers your account, progression, and associated media. Some safety reports or backup records may be retained temporarily when required by law or to protect users.

6. Your rights and children

You can view and edit most of your information directly in the app or ask us for help. SENDIT is not intended for children under 13. If a child’s data was provided without appropriate authorization, contact us so it can be deleted.

7. Contact us
